3. 投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業績：
1)?投標人必須是制造商或制造商授權的代理商。如為代理商投標，投標人必須提供貨物制造商同意其在本次投標中提供該貨物的唯一正式授權書正本。
2)?國內投標人須提供以下資質證書的復印件：
①營業執照（營業登記）、組織機構代碼證及稅務登記證；
②投標人須證明制造商可以進行所有必須的工廠測試。
國外投標人須提供以下資質證書的復印件：
①有效的企業登記證明材料；
②投標人須證明制造商可以進行所有必須的工廠測試。
3)?投標人（或制造商）應有10臺以上與本次投標壓縮機組機型相似，設計、結構、機座尺寸和空氣處理能力相近的業績。已有業績應在兩個及以上地區連續使用至少兩年。提供業績清單，并出具銷售合同復印件作為證明材料。
4)?國內投標人應當提供在開標日前3個月內由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的銀行資信證明的原件或復印件；國外投標人應當提供其開戶銀行開具的資信證明原件或復印件。

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
1)?The bidder must be the Goods’ manufacturer, or the agent directly authorized (exclusive for this tender) by Goods’ manufacturer.
2)?For domestic bidders:
①Business License (Business Registration), Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate;
②Evidentiary material of the Goods’ manufacturer can make all necessary factory tests.
For foreign bidder:
①Business Registration;
②Evidentiary material of the Goods’ manufacturer can make all the necessary factory test.
3)?The bidders (or manufacturer) shall possess the performance of air processing capacity close to that of similar design, structure, base size and above 10 sets of compressor unit type in this bid. Performance possessed shall be continuously used in two areas and more for at least two years. Performance list shall be provided and a copy of sales contract shall be issued as evidentiary materials.
4)?Domestic bidder shall provide the original or cope of bank credit certificates issued by bank of the basic account opened by the bidder in China within 3 months prior to the date of bid opening.
Foreign bidder shall provide the original or cope of credit certificates issued by opening bank of its account.
